We are looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established guidelines. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing personnel, and optimizing processes to meet warehouse needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities of warehouse personnel.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping processes to stores.
• Implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Interact effectively with peers and collaborate with other divisions for operational success.
• Lead and facilitate Warehouse Associate meetings.
• Train and develop direct reports to maximize their professional potential.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage controllable expenses and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and ALDI policies.
• Physical ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
