Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores while maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleaning duties.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
