Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This position offers up to $25.00 per hour and 30-35 hours per week. The role involves receiving and fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team for efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Follow company policies and procedures efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
