1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. If you are detail-oriented, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform tasks efficiently and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and physical demanding conditions.
