Key Responsibilities

• Travel to engage with referral partners and prospective clients.
• Complete loan applications and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Educate clients on available loan options and bank policies.
• Stay up-to-date with regulations affecting residential lending.
• Participate in community activities and special credit programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Five years of mortgage lending experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking industry practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Regularly engage in sales activities away from the bank.
• Handle tasks that involve concentrated focus and lifting of up to 15 lbs.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
