Community Bank President/Ag Lender

Job Description

We are looking for a Community Bank President/Ag Lender to join Bank Iowa Corporation in Newton. In this role, you will be responsible for generating quality Ag and Commercial loans, representing the bank in the community, and leading a team of Relationship Managers and Loan Assistants. You will play a key role in building relationships with clients, promoting the bank in the community, and contributing to the bank's growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bank's values, culture, and strategic direction.
• Manage an agriculture and commercial loan portfolio.
• Actively participate in community activities to establish the bank as a center of influence.
• Collaborate with clients to foster business growth and client retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an Ag & Commercial Loan Officer.
• Strong Agriculture background preferred.
• Supervisory and management experience required.
